About the Test

  • The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) conducts the NVS JSA Typing test. It has released the NVS Junior Secretariat Assistant Notification 2025. Candidates will be selected through a two-tier exam followed by a NVS JSA Typing test . Candidates will be called for the Skill Test on the basis of the performance in the CBT.

The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) recruitment requires

  • Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute wpm is required in English or 25 wpm in Hindi
  • This translates to 9000 Key Depressions Per Hour KDPH for English and 7500 KDPH for Hindi
  • The skill test will be conducted on a computer for a duration of 10 minutes
  • It is a qualifying stage
